Sora sat on the railing of the balcony leaning against the wall looking up at the stars, he summoned his keyblade and began playing with the chain at the end “What an boring day, no heartless or nobodies that needed to be slain” he murmured to himself. The bush below 1 floor below him began to rustle and shake “Who’s there? Show yourself,” he shouted nearly falling off the railing.

An auburn brown haired girl popped her head out of the bush and smiled at Sora “ Kairi? What do you want?” sighed Sora “Nothing just seeing what you’re up too” she sneered “go home Kairi, I don’t want you, I gave my heart to someone else” Sora shouted. Kairi sighed angrily and ran off towards the beach, Sora sighed again and walked inside just as a cool summer breeze began to blow.

Sora walked into his and Riku’s room and then he heard the front door open; excited Sora ran out into the hall hoping to see Riku standing by the door after coming home from work, but instead he seen his brother Roxas walk in with his boyfriend Axel. “Hey bro, I’m home,” said Roxas as he kicked off his boots “ hey, how was work?” asked Sora as he began walking down the stairs.

“ Meh. Nothing much Xemnas is being the usual, always wanting us to fight heartless to get his precious heart back” he answered with a tired sigh “ Hey Rox don’t forget you don’t need to hunt for your, you have one created from Namine” chuckled Axel. Roxas laughed and the front door opened again, a silver haired man walked in and Sora ran up to him almost making the man fall down to the ground.

“ I-I’m home Sora” the man said “ I know Riku, I know,” whispered Sora before he got up “ can you help me up?” chuckled Riku “ sure Ri-chan” Sora helped Riku up and Riku paused “Ri-chan?” he asked “ yeah it’s my nickname, you call me So-chan sometimes so I’m going to call you Ri-chan” explained Sora. Riku stretched out his arms and locked the front door “ don’t stay up too late now,” yawned Riku as he began making his way up the stairs.

Sora slowly walked up the stairs an hour later yawning on rubbing his eyes; Roxas went to bed shortly after Riku leaving Axel in the living room where he was playing video games. Sora stopped in front of Roxas and Axel’s room when he heard Axel quietly cheer over something in the game, Sora continued to walk to his and Riku’s room to go to sleep for the night. Sora walked in to see Riku sitting on the railing of the balcony like Sora did earlier, but he had his head leaned against the wall with his eyes closed.

Sora crept out onto the balcony and placed his head against Riku’s shoulder “I thought you were asleep” he murmured, “ I couldn’t sleep so I came out here for some fresh air” Answered Riku in a soft tone. Riku pushed himself off of the railing and stretched “ well I’m going to bed, I think I can sleep now” Riku murmured “Riku no offence, but with your hair pulled back into a ponytail, you look like a girl from behind” Riku turned to face the spikey brunette and smiled at him “I’m surprised you noticed” he chuckled.

Riku awoke to his alarm beeping loudly; he pressed the snooze button and then switched it off before climbing out of bed, Sora slept soundly curled up in a ball hugging his favorite pillow. It was shaped like a poupu fruit, which was his favorite kind of island fruit; Riku chuckled to himself as Sora began murmuring in his sleep about something that was chasing him. ‘Sora may seem tough but when it’s just him and I he turns into a chibi’ Riku thought as he splashed cold water on his face.

Riku walked into the kitchen to see Roxas in front of the sink, he had a blank look on his face and he had his hand on his forehead; Axel was rubbing his back and he also held a blank look on his face. “Hey what’s wrong?” Riku stood motionless in the doorway as he seen Roxas vomit in the sink.
